The dial
Blue depths, yellow signal
The blue Méga Tapisserie dial is cut through by a vivid yellow inner rotating dive scale and matching chronograph accents — a color code borrowed from the language of the deep, where yellow is the last hue to survive descending light. Oversized white gold hands and applied indices keep it legible from the surface to the seabed.

The provenance
One of four hundred
Introduced at SIHH 2016 for the debut of the vibrant Diver Chronograph series, this reference was limited to just 400 pieces worldwide and sold exclusively through Audemars Piguet boutiques. With the 42mm chronograph diver configuration now discontinued, it has become a trophy for collectors of the modern Offshore.

The movement
Calibre 3124/3841
Built on AP's in-house Calibre 3120 with a Dubois-Dépraz chronograph module, this movement carries 59 jewels, a 50-hour power reserve, and a 22-carat gold rotor mounted on ceramic ball bearings. Geneva stripes and polished bevels finish the bridges — engineering rated to 300 meters, dressed for Le Brassus.

It is accompanied by its original AP wood box, outer box, and the official Audemars Piguet Archive Extract dated July 2016 — the manufacture's own confirmation of its production history and authenticity.
